Truly Dear is operated by Elanvale Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17322464), 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By using trulydear.com you agree to these terms.
Your photos
- You confirm you have the right to upload the photos you submit and to have them turned into portraits and printed products.
- Please upload photos of pets and subjects you own or have permission to use. We decline photos containing recognisable people where we cannot verify consent, and any unlawful or offensive content.
- You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us the limited licence needed to create your preview and produce your order.
- The finished portrait you order is yours to enjoy, print, and gift for personal use.
Previews and orders
- Previews are free. You approve the exact portrait before proceeding to payment. Printing starts only after approval and payment.
- Delivery dates are estimates calculated from three business days for printing, followed by shipping and a delivery buffer. We show an estimated arrival date when you order; carrier schedules can change.
Refunds and reprints
There is no payment to refund before you approve a portrait. After payment, contact us promptly if you need to cancel so we can check whether production has started. Damaged prints and prints that do not match your approved preview are covered by our refund and reprint policy.
Digital portraits
The $29 digital portrait is a digital product, sold by Elanvale Ltd. You receive the exact portrait you approved as a full-resolution PNG without a watermark, ready for home printing. No physical item is included. Your download is available immediately after successful payment, on your portrait page and through the same link sent by email.
The link works for 30 days after payment. You can download the file as many times as you like during that time and keep your downloaded copy. You may enjoy, print and gift the portrait for personal use. Commercial use is not included: you may not sell the file, sell products featuring it, or use it commercially.
You can receive a full refund before your first download. After you download the digital file, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind. By purchasing, you ask us to make the file available immediately and understand this download policy. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law, including remedies for a faulty file. Digital buyers can use the same link for 30 days to start a separate checkout for a 16×20 canvas of the same portrait for an additional $59, with free US shipping. This offer covers one canvas per digital order. Our canvas delivery, refund and reprint terms apply to that canvas.
Text messages about your order
- Text updates are optional. At checkout you can choose to have Truly Dear text you about your order status and delivery at the phone number you provide. Consent is never a condition of purchase: declining, or leaving the choice blank, does not affect your order, its price, or its delivery.
- If you choose to receive them, these are service messages about your own order, not marketing. Message frequency varies with your order, typically a few messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email us and we will remove your number.
Fair use
The preview service is for creating portraits you may want to order. We may limit sessions that show signs of automated or abusive use.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
