Truly Dear ("we", "us") is operated by Elanvale Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17322464), 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Photos you upload. When our preview service opens, you will be able to upload photos to create a portrait preview. Photos are used only to create your preview and your ordered print.
• Contact details. Your email address if you share it with us, and your name and shipping address when you place an order.
• Order and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data. Standard analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate region, device type).

How we use it

• To create your preview, fulfil your order, and deliver it to you.
• To send you service emails about your order and, only if you opt in, occasional product emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To improve the site and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run Truly Dear: image processing providers (to generate your preview), our print and shipping partners (to produce and deliver your order), Stripe (payments), our email service provider, and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos and generated previews are deleted on a rolling schedule after your order is delivered or your session ends, except where we need them to honour a reprint guarantee. You can ask us to delete your photos and data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: hello@trulydear.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the rights set out in the UK/EU GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have the rights set out in the CCPA.

Changes

We will update this policy before our store opens for orders, and whenever our practices change. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
